Congratulations to Coach Anthony Martino on earning The Morning Call 2023 Coach of the Year. Coach Martino is the longest tenured Powerballers Coach and has been beneficial to so many ballplayers, in and out of our organization. It is awesome to see him being recognized for his hard work and dedication to High School baseball in the Lehigh Valley. We are very proud of him and its been a joy to watch him grow year in and year out. Anthony has become our full time Pitching Coach for our organization, giving lessons and creating the Powerballers Pitching Way. Working along side our Director of Pitching Steve Merriman, Coach Martino continues to absorb and add to his already vast baseball knowledge. He is always looking for ways to progress his and his ballplayers passion, and that is why he is one of the best coaches in our area. Since 2017, Coach Martino has been a tremendous asset to our organization and we are excited for what the future holds for him.
